Personal Use Firewood
Citizens of the borough may purchase a license to cut firewood on Borough-owned lands at the Land Management office located at the Juanita Helms Administrative Center, Second floor, Rm 212, or by emailing a request to land.management@fnsblandsales.com (include payment form for processing), or by calling 459-1241.
A PERSONAL USE LICENSE (PUL) ALLOWS FOR:
FNSB IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON DESIGNATING NEW AREAS FOR PERSONAL USE FIREWOOD CUTTING. PLEASE CHECK WITH US AROUND MID-MAY 2021!
Other locations may be opened at the discretion of
the Division, upon request and for dead and down harvesting only
Commercial Sales
The Assembly may authorize the commercial sale of greenwood timber by competitive sale.
Gravel Sales
Citizens of the Borough may apply for a gravel extraction license for personal use up to a maximum of 2,000 cubic yards per person, per year. To apply for a Personal Use Gravel Extraction License Application, CLICK HERE.
